Shortly after arriving in NSW, Jean Moreau began working on Meriton construction sites. Starting as a labourer, he then moved into site safety

Starting out as a labourer and then moving into site safety for ongoing projects, Jean Moreau worked his way up the ranks, watching, observing and understanding how a building is constructed.

Today at JM Formwork, there is a multidisciplinary team, united by safety. The company comprises 50 men of 10 different nationalities, divided into small teams of six to eight workers. Carpenters and formwork experts, all are certified to work at height and trained to manage complex configurations. They operate in strict compliance with Australian health and safety protocols, but their strength lies in their cohesion. On site, communication is clear, coordination is rigorous and the work is impeccable, because that is what every project demands.
